In addition to curbing the end-user's impact on the environment compared with halogen technology, the GE LED Cove Lighting System eliminates light-quality inconsistencies such as dimmed or burned out lamps (LED systems don't burn out), and incorrect color temperatures or differing brightness levels in replacement lamps. The system features a 120-degree uniform beam pattern that produces a bright and even warm-white light that eliminates socket shadows. In addition, the system can be dimmed when connected to an electronic low-voltage (ELV) reverse phase control dimmer.
